Wade Tanner

Overview

Wade joined the firm in 2019 as an Associate, and practices in the area of criminal defense. His practice focuses on both misdemeanor and felony criminal offenses.

Wade brings experience from working both as a prosecutor for the county attorney’s office and as a criminal defense attorney for a local firm. His experience on both sides of the criminal justice system provides valuable insight and contacts that are beneficial to his clients.

Wade received his bachelor’s degree from Arizona State University in Interdisciplinary Studies, Political Science, and History. He received his J.D. degree from Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law, ASU, in 2016.

Prior to joining the firm, Wade started his legal career at the Pinal County Attorney’s Office as a deputy county attorney, focusing on criminal prosecution relating to appeals, juvenile, misdemeanor and felony cases.

After working in prosecution, Wade switched gears and began working as a criminal defense attorney.

Education and Honors

Personal Interests

Prior to law school, Wade worked for DW Sports Group and was able to combine his love of sports with a career while working in marketing, design, and customer service.
